Many of us go into the new year with a sharper focus on our physical health and wellness. After the holidays, it feels good to get back into a regular workout routine, but we all know it can be difficult to stay focused on the end goal. Here at our Strip District apartments, we’re lucky to have a wide variety of fitness studios just down the road, keeping us excited and motivated to work out through the chilly winter days. Today, we’re giving you the low down on three of our favorite spin studios in the area.
Located in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh, Club Cycle offers high-energy, motivating spin classes daily. Their lighting, music and atmosphere are reminiscent of that of a nightclub, with a live DJ and a projector that plays music videos, helping to keep you entertained and energetic throughout each class. Outside of their main studio, Club Cycle frequently offers destination classes, including spinning at the Pittsburgh Zoo and atop Mount Washington. If you’re interested in joining, the studio offers many different membership options. New members can try a class for just $10, and if you love your experience you have the option to purchase a package of classes or an unlimited monthly membership. Check out all the details here.
6ycle is located in Pittsburgh’s South Side, and is a female owned-and-operated business with a focus on variety. Their class offerings accommodate just about any schedule, with classes as early as 5:45 am and as late as 8:00 pm. At 6ycle, you’ll find just about every type of workout you’re looking for, including combinations of spin, Pilates, and Barre. Choose from 30 to 60-minute classes for a no-excuse way to fit your workout into your day. New riders interested in checking out 6ycle can try 15 consecutive days for just $15.
