You’re Not Gonna Want to Miss this Magical Pittsburgh Event

One of our favorite things about our community of luxury apartments in Pittsburgh is the unbeatable access to the area’s most exciting events and performances. On Saturday, October 12th, you’ll have chance to step into another world at Bricolage Production Company’s annual Bazaar. This year’s event is for adults age 18 and older, and will begin at 7pm at the Bazaar Fairgrounds on the corner of Josephine and S. 21st Street in Pittsburgh’s South Side. Don some walkable shoes and a carnival-inspired outfit and get ready for your mind to be blown.

The event will feature performances by fire-eaters, stilt-walkers, acrobats, and more. Snack on delicious bites and indulge with a glass of wine, pint of Grist House Beer, or a handcrafted cocktail by Boyd and Blair as you wander through the fairgrounds and take in all the magic. You can even try your hand at classic carnival games at the Bazaar Games Alley and win tickets to earn special prizes.

This year’s Podville will feature immersive 12’ x 8’ x 8’ pods that have been transformed by artists, musicians, and performers to reflect a mystical world that evokes unique and intimate encounters designed to make you think outside the box. Walk through each pod to experience the wealth of creativity and talent here in our community.

Admission to Bazaar is available at three different tiers. A Big Top ticket will grant you access to Podville, the silent auction, free Midway Party food, and 10 carnival tickets. A Grandstand ticket allows for early entry as well as access to Carnival Club and exclusive performances, while a Center Ring ticket provides express service throughout Podville, free portraits printed and mailed to you, as well as 20 carnival tickets. Ticket sales help to support the dynamic Bricolage Production Company that promotes local art and creativity. Head to their website to learn more and purchase your ticket today!
