Join Riverlife this summer at their annual Party at the Pier: Riviera Dolce event on Friday, August 17th at the North Shore Amphitheatre at Rivers Casino. Celebrate sweet summertime at this Amalfi Coast-themed gala and fundraiser to support and champion Pittsburgh’s magnificent riverfronts. Head out on the town in style and dance the night away at the river’s edge with artisanal cocktails and finely crafted hors d'oeuvres.
Riverlife is a vital nonprofit organization that has worked since 1999 to reclaim, restore, and revitalize Pittsburgh’s riverfront properties by cultivating relationships with neighborhood groups, developers, and landowners. Riverlife works tirelessly to promote Pittsburgh’s riverfronts as cultural, environmental, and economic hubs for city-dwellers and visitors alike. In addition to being a highly anticipated summer event, Riverlife’s annual Party at the Pier helps to raise funds that further the organization’s mission to bring the best in riverfront access to Pittsburgh and all of its residents and visitors.
This year, don your best summer-chic attire and head out to Party at the Pier: Riviera Dolce, to celebrate in style. VIP ticket holders will be provided early access to all the fun with a pre-party cocktail hour featuring Rivendale Farm’s brand-new premium ice cream paired with locally-made limoncello in a wide array of flavors for a distinctly unique limoncello float. From 7:30 on, the main event will be in full swing, starting with a promenade walk down the riverfront ramp where guests will be greeted with festive decorations, twinkling lights, artisanal cocktails, and delicious bites. Spend your evening dancing the night away with a European-inspired DJ dance party under the stars, or take a break to catch a complimentary cruise on the Gateway Clipper Fleet. This is the summer party you won’t want to miss.
